SignNow suits a small team that sends a few documents a month and wants everyone on one account. The catch: the $8 plan allows 100 signature invites a year for the whole account, then moves to pay-as-you-go at a price the page doesn't give.

What you get on Business
Business is the plan we score, at $8 a month billed annually. The Business card lists "Save time with reusable templates", "Stay ahead of deadlines with auto-reminders" and "Work on the go on mobile". The comparison table ticks court-admissible audit trails and cloud storage integration: "Import documents from Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, and other cloud services. Export automatically once signed."
Any number of people can share the account. That is unusual: most rivals price each sender separately.
Catches and fine print
- The invite cap. The pricing FAQ says: "Annual plans include up to 100 signature invites per account per year. Monthly plans include up to 10 signature invites per account per month." The whole team shares that allowance. On the annual plan it averages 8.33 a month.
- Past the cap. The plan moves to pay-as-you-go, but the page doesn't say at what price for Business. The only per-invite price shown is Site License, $1.50 an invite.
- Monthly billing. The annual switch shows "Save $144" on Business: $20 a month billed monthly against $8 billed annually.
- What Business leaves out. Request Payments starts at Business Premium, and advanced signer authentication (password, SMS or phone call) at Enterprise. No web-form builder is listed; "fillable forms" means fields inside the document.
- HIPAA. In the comparison table, "HIPAA compliance through BAA" is a dash on Business, Business Premium and Enterprise, and a paid add-on on Site License only.
- Trial and refunds. There's a "7 day free trial" (pricing FAQ) and no free plan; the page also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- The page is A/B tested. Our first load showed a different layout with the same prices.

Who it suits
SignNow fits a small office where several people send now and then, together fewer than about 100 documents a year. At $8 a month for everyone, it's the lowest entry price in our e-signature research.
