Price

For one person billed yearly, SignNow Business is $8 a month ($96) and PandaDoc Starter $19 ($228), so PandaDoc costs $132 a year more. Month to month, it's $20 against $35.

For five people billed yearly, SignNow is still $8 a month, since the account covers unlimited users. PandaDoc Starter is $95 a month.

SignNow's page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. PandaDoc's pages we read don't state cancellation terms.

Prices from PandaDoc's plan comparison and SignNow's pricing page, both read Sep 27, 2026 (SignNow's page re-read Oct 9, 2026).

Where they differ

  • Volume. PandaDoc's plan comparison shows unlimited documents on Starter. SignNow's FAQ: "Annual plans include up to 100 signature invites per account per year. Monthly plans include up to 10 signature invites per account per month." Past that, it moves to pay-as-you-go at a price its page doesn't give for Business.
  • Reminders. SignNow's Business card lists "Stay ahead of deadlines with auto-reminders". PandaDoc's auto reminders are Business and Enterprise only; Starter has email notifications, not automatic reminders.
  • Templates. SignNow ticks "Unlimited templates" for Business; PandaDoc Starter allows up to 5.
  • Payments. PandaDoc Starter can collect payments through Stripe only; the article says the Collect Payment workflow step is still being rolled out to Starter. SignNow's Request Payments starts at Business Premium, $15 a month billed annually.
  • Free plan. PandaDoc's Free eSign sends up to 60 documents a calendar year, 2 recipients each. SignNow has a 7-day free trial and no free plan.
  • Support. Both offer round-the-clock chat: PandaDoc's in-app chat is 24/7/365, and SignNow ticks 24/7 live chat for every plan. Neither names phone support on these plans.

Who should pick which

Pick PandaDoc if you send more than about 100 documents a year, want Stripe payments on the entry plan, or want a free plan.

Pick SignNow if several people send a few documents each, you want automatic reminders and unlimited templates, and you want the lower price.
