Motion Array suits an editor who wants every asset type in one subscription, with a free account to start. The catch is client work: its licence pages don't mention it, and agencies are pointed to the Business plan.
Motion Array's cheapest plan with stock footage, Everything, costs $24.99 a month billed yearly or $39.99 month to month for one user. It includes footage, video templates, music, sound effects, graphics, plugins, LUTs and AI voiceovers. Its licence covers personal and commercial use, including advertising and broadcast TV, and finished projects stay covered after you cancel. Its pages don't mention client work.

What you get on Everything
Everything is the cheapest plan with stock footage. Its pricing page lists "Video templates & presets Motion graphics Footage Music & sound effects Graphics & photos Video-editing plugins LUTs", and the plan adds AI voiceovers. Video Templates is cheaper but has no footage.
On commercial use, Motion Array's licence page says "Personal and commercial licenses included". Its covered uses include advertising, broadcast television and feature films, and the pricing card says "License for any type of project". None of its pricing, licence or terms pages addresses client work; the Business plan, for agencies, lists a "License covering commercial use worldwide".
Catches and fine print
- Client work. If you make videos for clients, Motion Array's pages don't say the Everything licence covers handing work to them. Ask before you rely on it, or look at the Business plan.
- After you cancel. The licence page says: "If you ever have to cancel for any reason, the projects you finished as a paid member will remain covered forever." Unfinished work isn't mentioned.
- Monthly premium. Month to month, Everything costs $39.99, against $24.99 billed yearly.
- Free account. Cancelling leaves you with "a free account" and you "will only be able to download free assets". That free account is not a trial of the paid plan.

Who it suits
Motion Array fits a video editor or content creator working on their own channels who wants footage, templates, music, sound effects and editing plugins from one subscription. It is in our stock media subscription ranking.
