Price

Billed yearly, SignNow Business is $8 a month ($96) and DocuSign Personal $10 ($120), so DocuSign costs $24 a year more. Month to month it flips: DocuSign is $15, SignNow $20.

For five people, SignNow's price doesn't change: the account covers unlimited users. DocuSign Personal is single-user; Standard is $25 per user a month paid yearly, $125 for five.

DocuSign's default option, $11 a month, is "an annual commitment of $132": you can cancel within 30 days without penalty, after that the rest of the year is owed. SignNow's pricing page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Prices from DocuSign's pricing page and SignNow's pricing page, both read Sep 27, 2026 (SignNow's page re-read Oct 9, 2026).

Where they differ

  • The cap. DocuSign Personal allows 5 envelopes a month for its one user. SignNow's FAQ: "Annual plans include up to 100 signature invites per account per year. Monthly plans include up to 10 signature invites per account per month." The whole team shares that. Past it, SignNow moves to pay-as-you-go at a price its page doesn't give for Business.
  • Support. SignNow ticks 24/7 live chat for every plan; phone is Site License only. DocuSign's Standard Support is the Support Center and chat, with a target first response under 24 hours.
  • Payments. SignNow's Request Payments starts at Business Premium ($15 a month billed annually). DocuSign's payment collection starts at Business Pro ($40 per user a month paid yearly).
  • Signer checks. SignNow's advanced signer authentication is Enterprise and Site License only. DocuSign's ID verification is an add-on on Standard or Business Pro, from $2.40 an attempt.
  • Trying it. SignNow has a 7-day free trial and no free plan. DocuSign offers a free trial of unstated length. Its home page says "Send, sign and manage all your agreements for free", but the pricing page lists no free plan, so we read it as a trial.

Who should pick which

Pick DocuSign if one person sends up to 5 a month and wants month-to-month billing at the lower price.

Pick SignNow if several people send, together under about 100 a year, or you want 24/7 chat and a money-back guarantee.
