You can sign unlimited documents yourself and send 5 contracts a month for signature, with an audit trail and mobile apps. Templates, reminders and chat support start at Business, $20 a seat a month billed yearly. There's a 14-day free trial and no free plan.

What you get on Personal
Personal is the plan we score. Its card reads "Sign unlimited documents" and "Send 5 contracts for signature monthly". The comparison table ticks "Legally binding with digital audit trail" for every plan, and the card says "Sign on the go with iPhone, iPad, and Android apps".
Personal can import from Google Drive, but the comparison table marks it "Only import": syncing signed files back to Google Drive or OneDrive starts at Business.
Catches and fine print
- No templates on Personal. The Templates row shows a dash for Personal, 5 for Business and unlimited on Business Pro.
- No reminders on Personal. In the comparison table, both "Automatic reminders" and "Send reminders" show a dash for Personal. You follow up by hand.
- 5 sends a month. Personal is built for signing your own documents. Business removes the send cap.
- Hidden rows. Most of the comparison sits in collapsed sections that open with "+" buttons, so check them before you buy.
- Signer checks and links. Signer authentication is ticked only on Business Pro and Build Your Plan. Shareable signing links start at Business.
- Payments. The comparison table lists no payment collection on any plan.
- HIPAA. The table shows HIPAA compliance as an add-on on Business Pro, which its row description prices at $1000 without saying for what period. It's included in Build Your Plan. Signeasy's pages say it complies with HIPAA but don't mention signing a BAA.
- Trial and refunds. Its FAQ says "Signeasy offers a 14-day free trial", and there's no free plan. Yearly plans carry a 100-day money-back guarantee.

Personal gets email support. The "Chat support" row shows a dash for Personal; chat starts at Business. No phone support is listed.

Signeasy Personal fits an individual who signs documents others send them and occasionally sends one out, no more than 5 a month.
