CRM for real estate agents: pipelines, Zillow leads, property records and drip email

Quick answer

Of the ten CRMs we rank, four state at least two of the four real-estate features we check on their entry plan: Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Less Annoying CRM and monday CRM. None names a native Zillow import; Zoho CRM connects Zillow Tech Connect through Zapier. Drip email on the entry plan is stated only by Zoho CRM and Salesforce Starter Suite.

*Four of the ten CRMs we rank state at least two of the four features below on their entry plan: Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Less Annoying CRM and monday CRM. None names a native Zillow or Realtor.com import.*

Agents need four things from a CRM: a pipeline set up for buyers, sellers or listings; leads flowing in from listing portals such as Zillow; somewhere to keep property details; and drip email to stay in touch over months. Here is what each CRM in our CRM ranking says about each, on its entry plan (the cheapest paid plan that allows five users). All were read on Sep 27, 2026.

A real-estate pipeline or template

  • Less Annoying CRM: its real estate page describes an "Organized buyer and seller pipeline". It has one plan, $15 a user a month.
  • monday CRM: a free real-estate template with leads, contacts, deals and listings boards: "Manage property listings, coordinate showings, track client interactions, and streamline closing processes." Basic has templates; the template's automations need a plan with automations.
  • Pipedrive: "Property, buyer or investor pipelines". Customizable pipelines are on Lite, $14 a seat billed annually.
  • Zoho CRM: no. Its real estate demo "is customized on native Zoho CRM Enterprise edition for demonstration purposes only", not a template on Standard.
  • Capsule's real estate page says you can tailor your pipeline, but names no ready-made one. Close, Copper, Freshsales, HubSpot and Salesforce name none on their pages.

Leads from listing portals (Zillow, Realtor.com)

  • Zoho CRM: "connect to Zillow Tech Connect and PropertyRadar via Zapier to sync lead information and automate tasks." Zapier is a separate service, and its cost isn't on Zoho's page.
  • No other CRM we rank names a listing-portal lead import. Capsule mentions linking clients to properties on Rightmove or Zillow, which is not importing leads. HubSpot's Zillow marketplace page returned not-found. Salesforce's real estate guide mentions MLS and IDX compatibility without tying it to a plan, and Starter Suite has no AppExchange access.

Property records

Every CRM that says yes means records you enter yourself. None describes a public property-data lookup.

  • Zoho CRM: "centralized access to important documents such as property details, service reports and transaction documents."
  • Pipedrive: "Update property or client information anywhere", including from the mobile app.
  • Less Annoying CRM: "Manage client, property, and transaction information from any computer, tablet, or smartphone".
  • monday CRM: a listings board tracking "property type, price, listing status, location, agent, and date listed."
  • Capsule: listings tracked as opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Close, Copper, Freshsales, HubSpot and Salesforce don't say.

Drip email campaigns

  • Zoho CRM: cadences on Standard, scheduled follow-up email series ("20 cadences/module, up to 10 active/module at a time"). Its real estate page lists built-in drip email campaigns.
  • Salesforce: Starter Suite lists "Dynamic Email Nurture Campaigns and Lead Scoring" at $25 a user a month.
  • Not on the entry plan: Pipedrive sequences start at Growth ($39 a seat), monday CRM sequences at Pro ($28 a seat), HubSpot sequences at Professional ($100 a seat), Freshsales sales sequences at Pro, Close automated outreach at Growth, and Copper email series at Business. Copper's real estate page also mentions email campaigns through ActivePipe, with no plan or price.
  • Less Annoying CRM and Capsule describe no drip feature. Less Annoying CRM connects to Mailchimp, and Capsule's Transpond marketing add-on (from $11 a month) describes no automated series.
