For two people billed yearly, Dropbox Sign moves you to Standard at $25 per user a month, "Starting at $600 USD billed yearly"; five or more users go through sales. Two PandaDoc Starter users cost $456 a year.

Neither company's pages we read state cancellation terms.

Prices from Dropbox Sign's pricing page and PandaDoc's plan comparison, both read Sep 27, 2026.

Where they differ

  • Reminders. Dropbox Sign ticks reminders and notifications for Essentials (features). PandaDoc's auto reminders are Business and Enterprise only; Starter has email notifications, not automatic reminders.
  • Payments. PandaDoc Starter can collect payments through Stripe only; the article says the Collect Payment workflow step is still being rolled out to Starter. Dropbox Sign's pages don't list payment collection on any plan.
  • Support. PandaDoc offers 24/7/365 in-app chat, bot first, then a live agent. Dropbox Sign's pricing table lists "Email" for Essentials, while the row's tooltip says all customers get email and chat. We use the table's reading: email only.
  • Free plans. Dropbox Sign's free plan sends 3 signature requests a month. PandaDoc's Free eSign sends up to 60 documents a calendar year, 2 recipients each, with no third-party integrations.
  • Trials. Dropbox Sign's paid plans have a 30-day free trial. PandaDoc's is 14 days, capped at 50 documents with a business email or 5 with a personal one.

Who should pick which

Pick Dropbox Sign if you want automatic reminders on the entry plan or the lower price for one sender.

Pick PandaDoc if you send quotes and want to take Stripe payments at signing, or want 24/7 chat, and can chase unsigned documents by hand on Starter.
