Report an error

If something on HonestReviews is wrong, we want to know. You can report an incorrect price, an outdated feature, a broken source link, a quotation that does not match its source, or another factual issue.

What to include

Please provide the page URL, identify the information you believe is incorrect, and explain what should change. A link to the relevant pricing page, terms, official record or other supporting source helps us check your report.

If you represent a provider, tell us which provider and your relationship to it. Do not include confidential customer information, medical information, passwords or payment details.

What happens next

We review the report against the available evidence and refer it to the person responsible for the content. If we need more information and you supplied a reply-to address, we may contact you.

We aim to acknowledge reports with contact details within 14 calendar days. This is a response target, not a promise that every investigation will be completed in that time. Issues affecting a material buying decision or presenting a significant risk receive priority. If a report cannot be resolved within that period, we aim to provide a status update.

A report does not automatically change a rating or remove criticism. We make changes when the evidence supports them. Disagreement with an editorial conclusion can be submitted, but it is different from identifying a factual error.

Corrections are never for sale

Readers and providers can request factual corrections free of charge. Advertising, affiliate status and payment do not affect whether we investigate or correct a documented error. We do not sell the removal of supported criticism.

How changes are recorded

When an error materially affects an article, we add a dated correction note explaining what changed. Routine spelling or formatting fixes do not normally need a note. An ordinary price refresh can be identified by its new check date without implying that the earlier price was incorrect at the time it was checked.

We retain an internal editorial history. Our public record of material corrections appears on the affected pages; we do not currently maintain a separate public corrections-log page.

Your contact information

Providing a reply-to email is optional. You can report an issue without one, but we will not be able to send you a personal response or ask follow-up questions by email.

An optional correction reply-to address is used to handle the report and is deleted after 12 months. We do not publish it in a correction note. Non-identifying editorial records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.
